Where are my quotes stored?
All quotes, authors, tags, reflections, and favorites are stored locally on your device. Quote Keeper does not upload your content to a server.
Will my data disappear if I delete the app?
It may. Before deleting the app or changing devices, open Settings, go to Data Management, and export a JSON backup.
How do I move data to a new phone?
Export a JSON file from the old device, send it to the new device, then use Import Data in Quote Keeper. Choose merge or replace depending on your need.
What is the difference between quick capture and detailed entry?
Quick capture is for saving a quote and source quickly. Detailed entry lets you add multiple tags and a personal reflection.
Why did I not receive a daily reminder?
Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings, that Quote Keeper's daily reminder is turned on in the app, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications.
How do I report a bug?
Email us with your device model, iOS version, app version, a description of the issue, reproduction steps, and screenshots or screen recordings if available.
